Migrated a website to A2hosting last year. I gave them a complete list of things to do while setting up my account but they didnt properly follow the instructions. Resultantly had to face many issues with my website. I had to open many tickets to fully fix the issue that could be avoided just by carefully reading my first message.
What is the use of a trained support team when your clients have to fix the issues themselves?
On a positive note, everything started to work fine from that day onward. A2hosting is safe to use if you have technical knowledge. If not, look elsewhere but they are not a scam.
