I have bookmarked this website and read the contents on my iPad whenever I get time. Certainly, a good resource for specifically women and must read if you care about yourself. I am not getting any younger so obviously need good information to stay fit. There is a load of products recommendations so sometimes I feel overwhelmed with the information and it becomes hard to chose between different beauty products but maybe its just me getting old hehe. Highly recommended resource, five stars from me!
