Carousell Itself is not a Scam

I have bought a few items from Carousell Hong Kong and it is not a bad website. It is somewhat similar to AliExpress in model so If you have used AliExpress then you can get an idea of how it works. I only got in trouble a couple of times when the seller was itself a scam and never sent me the items I ordered however my payment was reversed and refunded in my account. But recently I ordered a Razer mouse and when I received it, it turned out to be a fake copy of the original Razer, I tried to get my payment back but I was not lucky enough this time. May be the Carousell team couldn’t differentiate between the original and fake mouse from the photos I sent but I am a bit disappointed this time. I recommend you to only order those items that you cannot find locally as the price difference is negligible. If Carousell team is reading this i would suggest them to do a scan of their sellers and ban those who sell fake duplicate items as it is damaging their repute.
