The only thing cheap with Cheapoair is the people who own and operate it. Dont use them for booking, I repeat dont even think to use them. I had to contact them countless times to get a refund for a canceled flight and can you believe that they literally took more than a year to refund me the partial amount? They deduct insurance and service charges from the amount while no service was given to me. Absolutely the worst travel agent I ever came across. 1 Star is too much for Cheapoair, I would have given then a 0 or negative rating if allowed.
