Curry's Is Not Good for Online Orders

Currys stores are good to shop in if you visit them but if you want to order online from Curry's website then you better do some research before doing so. I have ordered a fridge online as it was difficult for me to carry it myself home from the nearest Currys. It took them a long time to send me the fridge, I had to contact them multiple times to verify if they have sent my order, every time the response was that fridge is on the way to my home. Long story short, I received the fridge after one and a half week and it didn’t even turn on. You can imagine how I was feeling.
I had to stay on the phone for hours with Currys team trying to convince them that the fridge didn’t even work out of the box. It took another 3 days for them to collect the faulty fridge and then another two weeks to send me the new fridge. It was one of the worst purchase experiences I every had; I now have even lost the trust in my local Curry's store.



If you go to Currys store personally then they are good enough just like other stores but not when you order online.
They need to educate their online support staff and should try to solve their issues instead of blaming the clients for them.
If you really want to buy anything from Currys then you better drive to your nearest Curry store and by it instead of placing online order
