Confused about Address

I have a mixed mind about dyntech.io. I will never use a financial website that doest have a clear physical address. I tried to investigate about their location and found two addresses.
This is the first address located on their Facebook page

It is an Indian phone number.
Now this conflict of contact information made me confused and on top of that their Linkedin profile also shows only 2 employees.
I wont take any risk unless I am clear on this.
