Poor SEO by Elite Information Tech without Results

I have posted a project on freelancer for website search engine optimization and after taking a look at the rating of “Elite Information Tech'' I chose them to optimize my website. Now I am surprised at why they have so many good reviews.
They worked on my website for more than 6 months but I have seen no improvements. Instead my website traffic graph was showing a downward trend in my google webmaster tools dashboard. Also the contents they used to optimize my website were full of grammatical and spell mistakes. I had to touch and fix the mistakes myself and probably that is the reason behind my website’s downward traffic trend. I have heard that Google also considers spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes in evaluation of a website's reputation.
I later visited their website eliteinformationtech.com and was able to find same mistakes in their own website.
Good communication and response time but that couldn't cover the project outcome. I am sure their writers are not native English speakers.
They failed to report the SEO progress and I had to rely on my google webmasters dashboard reports. Also they failed to show any improvement in my website traffic or ranking even after 6 months.
I am giving Elite Information Tech 2 stars just for their communication but I would not recommend using their services due to my bad experience with them.
