They send me a broken item and when i send them a proof photo they asked me to return it but I had to pay the return shipping and thats not all, there is also a restocking fee of 20%. Can you imagine their level of confidence, instead of apologizing for sending me broken pieces, they want me to pay the expenses! Never will i order from Funko in future. I dont want to collect items from scammers. If you dont believe me, Go ahead and verify what I said from them? Ask them what will happen if an item you order turns out to be broken, you will get your answer!
