I bought a game pass key, the seller delivered to me a redeemed key already and the platform G2G completed the order automatically (it was the first problem)
I tried to contact the seller but had no success, so I opened a ticket at G2G support. It was Friday so at night the support answer me requesting some screenshots and evidence of the problem.
When was Monday in the early morning, my ticket was closed and my request was denied because they did not have the evidence in 48 running hours.
In a nutshell, the support gave me 48 hours during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) to provide the answer, they did not say anything that they would close the ticket within 48 hours running, and the final decision would be denied for the request and no right to reopen the case.
It is clear that the platform is acting with bad faith, given they cannot contact the seller any more for some reason, and they do not want to take the loss.
It is just my review, think twice before buying on the G2G platform because unlike G2G there are other better platforms that provide security in your purchase. If you agree with me, give me a thumbs-up in this thread and share. Thank you.
