Good For Private Groups

I am using GroupMe for my private groups which I use for informal chat with my buddies as I don’t want to use my main whatsapp groups for this purpose. Groupme is certainly not as mature as WhatsApp or even Viber so don’t consider it as a replacement however it can be handy in the situations where you don’t want to use your WhatsApp account so definitely a good addition in my communication apps.
I am not sure about the privacy and security of this app and has received a few spammy messages already. Hopefully they will improve it and obviously we need to give them some time just like other chat applications.
