Feeling relieved after leaving hostmysite hosting

I was using their hosting from many years but had to leave them due to their customer service from going bad to worse and actually became one of the worst hosting I have ever used. They coudnt even figure out the email issues I was having. My important emails were not being delivered to my clients and they were not bouncing off too so I was assuming that my clients are getting my emails all the times but their server was probably black listed. When I finally understood the issue and contacted hostmysite support, they refused to accept the issue and blamed my website for everything. Later they told me that my email quota is used 100% which is causing the issue while I could clearly see that I have used less than 15% used quote in my control panel. Long story short they didn’t help at all but the email issue automatically got resolved after a few days. That certainly was a reliability issue which couldn’t be ignored so I left them and went to liquidweb.
Beware, whenever you contact hostmysite.com for any issue with their hosting, they response is almost always to encourage for an upgrade. It seemed that they sit there just to squeeze out more money from you instead of solving your problem.




Hostmysite.com hosting works until you are lucky and apparently your luck runs out too soon with their hosting.
I think their support team is sitting somewhere in India while their servers are somewhere else. Their support team doesn’t have a clue about the issues their clients are facing,
Hostmysite.com was a good hosting once but now it’s not, don’t look at their reviews from the past, check for their recent reviews before purchasing their hosting. I advise everyone to pay a few more cents and buy some other better hosting instead of hostmysite.
