Watch Out for their Auto Renewal

I am very disappointed in Jimdo because they charged me for an annual subscription without my knowledge and they are not willing to refund as well. When I contacted Jimdo support, they mentioned their terms and conditions and refused to refund my money saying they sent me an email for renewal which I am sure I never received. Make sure to cancel their subscription at least one month before renewal if you want to avoid losing your money.
Their refund policy only applies to the first time subscription and that too I am not very sure about.
Average website speed with frequent down times and they won't admit about the downtime even if you show them the proof.
I believe their auto renewal can be classified as a scam unless they offer a refund for it. How come they deduct my money by just sending a never arriving email that too without a refund option? If they were in the USA I would have sued them over this but they are in Germany so I would ask all international users to be aware about their fraudulent policies.
Make sure you read each and every word in their terms and conditions, they have hidden many surprises underneath. Especially their auto renewal policy without possibility of a refund.
