mytruehost.com is a Joke

You will be surprised to know what mytruehost.com did to me. I bought their hosting and as I know it’s a cheap hosting, I only uploaded a small website on their hosting but I am still amazed with their level of ignorance they shown. I was one day uploading a small folder on my website using ftp client when suddenly I started to see write errors which upon further investigation proved to be disk full errors. I contacted mytruehost.com support about these errors and guess what they did to help me? They solved my space issues by deleting random files from my hosting folder that too without telling me. Can you imagine such behavior from a professional host? Now when I came to know about the missing files, I complained them and asked to give me the backup of those files but they had nothing to give me, no backups at all. Mytruehost.com deleted my files to make space for me on their unlimited webhosting, isnt it a horrible joke?
All their claims about unlimited data are wrong, all my data was not even close to 4GB, all their claims are false.
Their support is bad, I don’t want to name any person here as Notscam.com doesn’t allow personal information but there is a guy on their support who got personal to me after finding no answer to my questions and asked me to leave their hosting as they don’t need clients like me. As if they are giving us free services, they give you shut up calls while eating your own money. If you are so proud then refund your client’s money before giving such remarks.
Their webhosting is slow as snail, your website will take minutes not seconds if it loads at all. If you contact them, they say it’s a shared hosting so upgrade for better speeds. Its not worth to risk your website repute for just saving a few pennies
