This company is located in China, which they don’t tell you until AFTER you’ve ordered & paid. I did get my shirt within 3 weeks. However, it looks nothing like the one in the picture I ordered. It was supposed to have fringe on the front, which is why I ordered it. It has none. It costs more to send it back than to keep. Do not order from them!! I won’t again!

I ordered a shirt from them. It took almost 3 weeks for the shirt to come in. The product came from china!! It did not look like the photo advertised. Very cheaply made. I was pissed. I’ve been going back and forth through email for days. It says they’ll refund but now I have to pay return shipping. Horrible all around. Do not buy from this company!!!

I ordered a shirt almost 6 weeks ago. They charged my car immediately and that’s when I learned they are in China. Their initial correspondence was canned and did not give accurate information. Then they blocked me. I still have not received my Buffalo Bills shirt. Now I must dispute it with my credit card company, something I have never had to do. Do not order from them!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE! I THOUGJT IT WAS A SCAM BUT I DID RECIVE MY SHIRT IT WAS NOTHING LIKE QHAT I ordered. Very cheap material and the arm sleeves stick way out not lined up with your arm and chest probably cost 2 dollars to make very cheap the sequins was cut not stitched, I'm suprise thise place stays open for business. I would never shop her again. I'm hoping for a full refund.

I ordered a couple of good looking tops from My Western Outfit boutique website. The delivery was very late, I almost thought i was scammed but after a month or so, i received a parcel containing two tops from them. They were not even close to what I saw on their website while ordering. It is a waste of money for me, I now use them for moping the floor lol. Well at least the company is not a scam but the clothing is extremely poor quality.
Ya, i know what you will say, you get what you pay for. so yes that applies too. I am not a happy customer of MyWesternOutfit, in future? no wayyy

I ordered 2 shirts- it took 3.5 weeks for them to arrive. Which doesn't follow their shipping policy. Needless to say, they arrive later than I need them for an event.
Shirt is about 2 sizes too small. Customer service is a joke. The return policy states customer is responsible for return shipping, but fails to mention that it is international shipping The package came from Jane.com. Customer service told me (copied and pasted) “Sorry to hear that. Before making a return, I suggest you read our return policy. It states that customers are responsible for the returning shipping. To be honest, the international shipping fees are quite expensive.” Offered me 10% of a refund.
I recommend AVOIDING purchasing from this company. Extremely disappointed in the clothing quality and customer service. Honestly misrepresentation of their company. Clearly these items came from china and didn't follow US professional service standards.

I am normally dont write negative reviews for any business but MyWesternOutfit deserved one. I purchased 2 shirts and when i got them, i was shocked to see the flimsy stuff and cheap embroidery on them. Basically they were not wearable at all, It would be a total embarrassment for me to wear them in public. I would be returned them if the shipment woudnt cost me more than the price i bought them for. Dont buy them just because they are cheap, they look much cheaper than the price you pay. Stay clear unless you are buying them for charity or homeless people. Even homeless people will look down on the clothing you buy from MyWesternOutfit.
Poor quality stuff shipped from China

I purchased a couple of dresses from MyWesternOutfit but it was a huge mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the stitching quality of my dresses. Although they look somewhat similar to the images shown on their website but the stuff is very different and looks too cheap to wear. The size is also incorrect, it is too tight for me. On top of that, the shipment is without any return label so i am now stuck with what i have. I cannot ship it to them as the shipment is sent from China, it will cost me too much, i rather keep the dresses and give them away to some poor person. I think MyWesternOutfit is just some store from Aliexpress operating as a website as well.
I was hoping to have something beautiful to wear but got the cheap looking rugs instead. Dont order from MyWesternOutfit, if you really want to order something from China then i think Aliexpress is a better option than MyWesternOutfit as there you can see genuine reviews before buying anything.
