I signed up on Skillgigs but had to finish in between. That is because Skillgigs only allow signups from US. They should have mentioned that earlier during the signup process, it wasted my time. Though I also found some bugs during the signup process. They should hire a better QA team as the signup process itself is not bug-free which is bad for their reputation. I am not sure if they are legit or not as i coudnt test them but initial impression was a bit skeptical.
