Youtube has a very intelligent analytics system. It is not a matter of collecting 1000 subscribers, youtube also determines your channels quality by checking the activity of your subscribers. Subpals may help you in getting more subscribers but most of them will not be active so youtube may think that your content quality is not good enough to engage your own followers let alone new visitors. This will surely affect your Youtube channel's exposure and Youtube may decide not to recommend your videos. This will be a nightmare for you and can even do permanent damage to your Youtube channel. I would say think a thousand times before using Subpals or any other similar service.
