Tangram Canada Inc. is Very Unprofessional Company

Gave them two tries and both of which proved to be a mistake. After hitting my head with them for a long time, I got my website changes done. This experience was a pain in itself as I really doubt that this company belongs to Canada, I mostly dealt with the people from Ukraine all the time. Well back to the topic, after getting my website changes, i started to see a decline in my website ranking on some important keywords and after competition analysis, i was surprised to see my own website contents competing with my website on their test server. Apparently they forgot to delete my website copy from their server’s test folder and on top of that, they are not professional enough to put a robots.txt with noindex attribute in their test folders. Can you imagine this from a company who claims to be a professional freelancing business.
They are not Canadians, at least not the ones who communicated with me.
Very unprofessional company with childish attitude. Better stay away from them and go with some better freelancer
They dont even have the basic common sense to delete the clients website from their test servers after the project is completed nor do they put a noindex robots.txt in their test folders. Everyone who gives them work should beware. It can be a nightmare for their websites ranking.
