They are Scammers, Dont Buy Anything From Them

I originally saw an ad for wulimer.com on Facebook which was very appealing. It was about a 4 feet tall tree with many other decoration items which if true was a complete decoration set for my kids room. I visited wulimer.com which looked quite good and legitimate so I ordered the tree. It cost me 33 pounds but considering the number of items i was getting along with the tree i was quite happy with my order until i received it. I was not home when the package arrived so my kids opened it with excitement only to find a cheap tree which was not even one foot tall along with garbage type decoration. They were surprised that i ordered such a cheap looking tree. I have seen this kind of tree in 1 pound shops and believe me I wouldn't take it even for free. I sent many emails to service@wulimer.com regarding this fake tree but never received a reply.
I wish I could write anything possible here but my first purchase experience with them was one of the worst i ever had.
They sent me a completely different tree than what I ordered. The tree which they advertised was completely different. Also they dont have any proper refund system like aliexpress.com, wish.com or amazon.com. Sadly i cannot claim a refund from my bank too in this case so the money i spend is lost.
Dont buy anything from wulimer.com, I wish I had read customer reviews about them before ordering the tree. Although they did send me a toy tree, I can still call them a scam as the tree they sent is completely different and seems to be a 1 pound item while I paid them 33 pounds.
