I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Global-Codes, a seller on the website Wyrel.com. I purchased the Clancy's Rainbow Six Extraction Preorder Bonus (PC) - Ubisoft Connect Key - GLOBAL from their website on June 21, 2023. However, what I received was nothing short of a complete disappointment.
After making the payment, I received an archive containing a text file, which supposedly held the game key. Eager to start playing, I promptly opened the text file, only to discover that the code provided was invalid. It was utterly frustrating to realize that I had spent my hard-earned money on a useless game key.
Seeking resolution, I tried contacting the seller multiple times, but my efforts were in vain. They were completely unresponsive and showed no interest in assisting me with my issue. Frustrated, I decided to turn to the support page, where I initiated a live chat session. After explaining the situation to the support representative, I was shocked to learn that I had only purchased a bonus code and not the actual game itself. This crucial information was not clearly stated during the purchase process, leaving me feeling deceived.
Adding insult to injury, when I requested a refund for this misleading purchase, Global-Codes callously informed me that a refund was not possible. Their refusal to take responsibility for their misleading product and lack of customer support was nothing short of appalling.
In light of this terrible experience, I have now resorted to making a chargeback request to get my money back. It is incredibly frustrating to encounter such dishonest practices and a complete lack of accountability from a seller.
I strongly advise potential buyers to stay away from Global-Codes on Wyrel.com. Their misleading product descriptions, lack of customer support, and refusal to issue refunds demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this seller at all costs.

Needed office 2021 in affordable price so I gave Wyrel a try, Not something i am going to do again. I tried to contact Wyrel support several times to get my key but no reply from them. Just when i gave up and bought Office suit from another place, they came up with a key which i no longer needed.

I am a student and I needed MS Office but I couldn't afford it with my pocket money. I saw Wyrel and decided to give it a try. bought an MS Office key from them at a very reasonable price which worked great. However, now I am a bit doubtful though as my friends are telling me that I am probably using a pirated key. It worked well though and the office is updating too. I hope it's good.
