I personally use Zoomy frequently to travel within the city. My ride experience is very good. though the Zoomy App sometimes glitches. It is very frustrating when it freezes and i got no idea where my driver is. When I close the app and launch it again, everything disappears. Obviously, it is not the driver's fault. I dont know what the driver sees in such cases, probably sees me canceling the ride. So the Zoomy should work to avoid losing faithful clients like me.
